This question was to know if all the people who answered our survey were eating meat and we can observe that 15 personse did not.
105 persons have already heard about in vitro meat so it is less than a half, so we can suppose that this is because the subject is not really shared by the medias.
We can observe that even if 37.2% of the people said that they already heard about in vitro meat, 5.6 % of them were not aware of what was the in vitro meat.
With this question we see that the French population is mainly reluctant to this concept. Indeed we can observe that more than the half (56.7 %) are not ready to eat in vitro meat even if it has the same characteristics.
Like for the crickets we can see that approximately the same amount of people cares about the environmental issues. Indeed 52.1 % were ready to make an effort for the environment and it was 52.5% for the same question when we talked about crickets.
The question of price remains an issue. Indeed less than half of the population would be ready to pay more for an in vitro steak than for an animal steak. But for the moment we cannot give a precise price for the in vitro steak when it becomes available to the market.

To have the most precise results as possible, we wanted to know the breakdown between women and men. So 189 women and 93 men had responded to our survey.
For the same reason as before we wanted to know the age of the persons who answered. So the majority of people, i.e. 114 persons are between 15 and 20. 49 persons between 40-50, 36 persons between 50-60, 22 persons between 30-40, 18 persons between 10-15, 16 persons are more than 60 years old, 13 persons between 20-25, 11 persons between 25 and 30 and to conclude 3 persons who are younger than 10 years old.
